Stern Nearing Major Long-Term LNG Contracts

Stern Energy is in the final stages of securing a series of long-term LNG supply and offtake contracts with both upstream producers and international buyers. The agreements — which could span up to 10 years — are expected to be signed in the coming weeks and involve highly attractive commercial terms.

The deals reflect growing confidence in Stern’s trading platform and its strategic positioning in the LNG sector. The company anticipates first deliveries to begin between Q3 and Q4 2025, marking the start of a significant new phase in its operations.

"We are ready to move volumes — at scale, and with trust," said a company spokesperson. "This is the kind of alignment between supply and demand the market needs right now."
